Meet and Greet
When investing in your interior spaces, we believe chemistry is key. To start, we will schedule a meet and greet to discuss your design objective, who LBD Design is, and the services we offer. Based on the project’s design objective, LBD Design will curate a design fee estimate along with a detailed scope of work.
During the conceptual design phase, we will determine your project’s design aesthetic through conversation analysis, your personal style, photo inspiration, and mood boards.
Every project is unique. This phase includes but is not limited to the reconfiguration of interior walls, paint, furniture, fixtures, and tile specification. Design presentations, complete with specifications and floor plans will be provided. A project schedule will be created to document the project’s milestones and provide an accurate timeline for estimated completion.
Implementation and Installation
The Implementation and installation phase of the design process consists of selected tradesmen such as fabricators, contractors, and installers bringing the design to life. LBD Design will manage this phase and all vendor/trade communication. We will oversee each install to ensure all design details and standards are executed accordingly. Simultaneously, LBD Design will procure all approved materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment until install-ready.
Regarding billing and payment submission, we use an online billing system that allows us to send proposals and invoices directly to the client for efficient review, approval, and order processing.
In the final stages of this phase, materials are installed, light fixtures are hung, furniture is delivered and ready to be placed! LBD Design will coordinate and oversee the furniture and accessory install, assuring all pieces are accounted for and placed.
